Booking Terms:
Cancellations / re-scheduling: Appointments with less than 48 hours notice will attract a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment value.
No Shows : Not showing for an appointment will attract a fee equal to 50% of the appointment value.
Lateness: Please note that if you are 10 minutes or more late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule.
Deposit: A deposit of 50% may be required with any booking.
